"I went to Mandy for womb continuum care in my second pregnancy because my first was uncomfortable with the baby presenting breech. I was learning as much as I could online about pregnant body biomechanics but working with Mandy took everything I was learning and brought it down into to my own body. I felt so held in her hands. She brought my awareness to the shifts happening in my body during the work which was so fascinating, and held space for me to integrate my emotions while I felt like I was unwinding in a beautiful way.
I came away from the intensive feeling empowered, educated, softened and so excited about new ways I could relate to my body and pregnancy going forward. Since that appointment and integrating the techniques Mandy suggested, I feel strong and comfortable in this pregnancy; empowered to make little adjustments in how I move to support my body in carrying this baby. Mandy's work is such a gift for women." - Kristi K.

"Mandy provides a safe, nonjudgmental, supportive, spacious place for transformation. I came to this work through a C-section scar that had some history behind it, pelvic floor concerns and incontinence. After the first treatment, I noticed a shift. After 10 sessions, my body has transformed considerably.
My posture is better and I stand taller. My incontinence has decreased, my belly has changed shape and structure significantly. I feel as if there has been a coming home. My self-confidence has increased as a result of my body getting its function back and the gentle care and sacred space that was provided in the sessions has been incredibly supportive during this transformation.
Mandy is a perceptive practitioner with clearly a lot of training and knowledge, in addition to the fact that she is very observant, focused, and her hands just seem to know what to do. I have worked with several practitioners for the issues above, and she is the first person to make a significant impact." - J. O'Neill

Compression, tension, inflammation, and adhesions affect our tissues' ability to receive nutrients and eliminate toxins for basic biological function on a cellular level.
Addressing internal + external structure first is necessary and inherent to our healing + optimal function.

"I'm weeks away from the birth of my first child and feel so blessed to have worked with Mandy throughout my pregnancy. I'm no stranger to this type of womb work, but my sessions with Mandy clearly stand out as the most healing of all the sessions I've received over the years. She is truly one of the best!
Physically, not only has she helped me to understand and relieve intense pain patterns that were inhibiting my life, our time together has really supported me to stay present in my body throughout the overwhelming changes of pregnancy, and to feel in my own pelvis the path my baby will take to be born. Alongside the deep nourishment of Mandy's hands-on work, the conversations we've had throughout our sessions have been pivotal for me. If it wasn't for the wisdom she shared with me, I would be wrestling with much more fear as I await birth. I feel so much more capacity, both practically and emotionally, to be with whatever unfolds. I wish this quality of care for every pregnant woman!" - Freya K.

"Mandy is a kind, energetic ball of joy and such a pleasure to work with! I began Womb Continuum Care after a miscarrage and it definitely helped my body get back into alignment. After only a session or two my digestion had improved, lower back pain virtually gone, cleared stuck energy in my womb, better posture and breathing, plus I feel overall lighter and clearer. I am now pregnant again and continuing care with Mandy has been relaxing and gentle, as if I'm being held in a womb." - Xoa O.

Please review the FAQ carefully prior to booking a session.
It is my deepest desire that our time together be as effective, embodied, and transformational as possible. Therefore, I require sobriety which includes the use of cigarettes, vapes, psychedelics, stimulants, antipsychotics, and anti-depressants. I only work with those who eat a variety of animal-based foods, including meat. I do not work with those who have an IUD, use hormonal contraception, have implants or use botox.

How do I prepare for a session?Daily castor oil packing to begin the process of softening adhesions and granting us easier access to deeper tissue layers and organs. On the day of your session, have clean skin, including your face, free from moisturizers or oils. You do not need to wear any clothing or you may choose to wear a loose tank top (no bra) and underwear. If you have belly button piercings, they must be removed and stay removed for the duration of your womb continuum care. If you use cortisone, medicated, or hormonal topical creams, please do not apply them until after our session.
-
How long is a session? How many should I book? All sessions are 90 minutes. You may request longer sessions up to 120 minutes. Working with postural habits, adhesions, scars can take time. I highly recommend booking at least 3 sessions within 6 weeks to start.
-
What does a session look like?Every session starts with a postural assessment before moving to the table. You spend most of our time on your back or side-lying. We will always prioritize belly and womb work every session. My intention is to address specific anatomy and your top health concerns, while also following your body's lead to where she wants the work.
-
Is this massage therapy? No. Womb continuum care is specialized bodywork for women with an emphasis on fascial + organ manual therapies for pelvic health. We are interested in longterm results which means putting in the work over time and addressing all seen and unseen parts of your body. We work together because you are ready to help your body unwind years of adhesions, scar tissue, and postural imbalances. We work with your body as a whole from superficial to deep layers of the body, centering abdominal and pelvic function. This work prioritizes sacred tending, embodiment, and self-responsibility. The lineage and teachers of Womb Continuum care combine structural integration, fascial, traditional Mexican abdominal, intra-pelvic, and visceral therapies.
-
Do you offer intra-pelvic work?Yes. Women's bodywork means addressing every part that makes up your unique anatomy and supports your pelvic health. It is required to book an initial session prior to receiving hands-in pelvic care. It is essential to address the abdomen and wombspace prior to effective hands-in pelvic work. Hands-in pelvic care can include external vulva, intravaginal, cervical, and anal work depending on your needs and interest. This is not sexological bodywork. It is non goal-orientated, deep tending to your tissues. If you are nervous to receive hands-in pelvic work, we can start with a vulva mapping session for you to become deeper acquainted with your unique anatomy prior to therapeutic bodywork. Vulva mapping is deeply nourishing where there has been disassociation, shame, or fear, and a history of procedures or surgeries.
-
Can I receive this work while trying to conceive?Yes. I recommend investing in bodywork during your preconception phase while actively not trying to get pregnant. If you are actively trying to conceive please schedule your sessions between your bleed and ovulation, not in the weeks after ovulation.
-
How early can I receive this work in pregnancy and postpartum?Allow the 1st trimester to be a time of rest and protection. You are welcome to book in from 14-15 weeks and throughout pregnancy. Immediately after a vaginal birth. Wait at least 10-12 weeks following a caesarean section.
-
Can I receive this work during a miscarriage or abortion?Yes. You may book into care once you have a confirmed miscarriage. This work supports uterine clearing and healing. Your body deserves to be held during this process.
-
Do you offer sliding scale prices? If you struggle to maintain to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, please reach out and let’s discuss what we can offer each other.
